About me
My 20 year background in healthcare allows me to draw on a wealth of experience and
resources as a practitioner. I have worked internationally in nursing and clinical research, and gained professional experience in a
wide range of effective, holistic therapies, which I have now practiced over 10 years.
Having seen healthcare from many different perspectives, I have come home to an integrated, holistic approach, where the individual is more than just a collection of parts - where the physical body, thoughts, feelings, attitude, nutrition, lifestyle, environment, past experience and future hopes and dreams all play an equal part in being well.
My professional training includes Creative Kinesiology / Life Tracking, Hypnotherapy, Perceptual Bodywork / Applied Kinesiology, Touch for Health Instructor, Reflexology, Vertical Reflex Therapy, Metamorphic Technique, Reiki, Geopathic Stress as well as additional training in nutrition, pre-conceptual care, healing, allergy elimination and energy medicine. I am committed to continuing my own personal and professional development, and I am currently undergoing advanced hypnosis training in Regression Therapy and Past Life Regression.
I am a fully registered professional member (KFRP) of the
Kinesiology Federation
and a trained instructor of Touch for Health Kinesiology. I am also involved in running
Frome Healthy
Living and a practitioner with a programme for victims of abuse.
