Stress factors are anything that negatively affects your health. On a physical level, this may include a poor diet, food sensitivities, past injuries, lack of exercise or fresh air, chronic dehydration, sensitivity to your physical environment, toxic overload, hormonal imbalance, inefficient digestion or strain on your muscles, joints or back. Stress tips the body into a negative balance which, sooner or later, results in symptoms of poor health and may eventually lead to disease.
Equilibrium
Through working with a combination of kinesiology, hypnotherapy, energy healing or other resource, your body is offered a fresh opportunity to direct its own healing process and come back into balance and wellbeing. The beauty of this approach is that kinesiology works with your body to identify negative stress factors as well as precisely what it needs to trigger healing.
