Healing the Body with Kinesiology
Your body, given the opportunity, can heal itself.
This is one of the most important principles of a holistic approach to healing.
Simply put, Kinesiology works with and strengthens your body's natural ability to heal
itself. As your physical health improves, your emotional and psychological health can benefit too.
We all have the ability to heal and feel well. However the opportunity to do so can easily be denied through poor choices of lifestyle which increase stress and drain energy rather than allowing for healing and regeneration.
Imbalance
'Stress' can mean anything that impacts your health in a negative way. This may mean a poor diet, allergies, injuries from the past, lack of exercise or fresh air, dehydration, toxic overload, hormonal imbalance, inefficient digestion or strain in your muscles, joints or back. Stress tips the body out of balance which, sooner or later, results in symptoms of poor health and may eventually lead to disease.
Equilibrium
In order to regain
equilibrium and restore health and well being, the stress factors which are tipping you out of balance need to be identified, then eliminated or managed in a more efficient way. Your body's own healing response is then stimulated and strengthened. The benefits can be far reaching, and you may notice positive changes in other areas of your life too.
