Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to find an alternative time that is convenient for you. Please note, however, that a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, or your appointment will be charged for and must be paid within 7 days of cancellation. The Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments.

Please also note that only telephone calls are accepted as notice of cancellation if the appointment is less than 48 hours away, as I may not be able to pick up emails in time.

Payments

Payments for all sessions and courses are accepted by cheque, cash or Paypal. If you would like to pay for sessions online by Paypal, please request a payment link.
