Personal appointments can be made in Bristol, Bradford on Avon and Frome.
Home or on-site visits can also be arranged.

When you book in for an initial consultation, you will be sent a confidential health questionnaire to fill out and bring with you to your appointment, during which we will discuss your past and current health and well being, your issues as well as your therapy objectives. The rest of the session will be devoted to identifying and working with the priority issues that need to be addressed. Often, we can also get some insight into the direction your healing will be taking e.g. key factors, specific self-help techniques, particular aspects of health, recommended changes to lifestyle or nutrition etc.

You may already begin to feel the benefits of the balance by the end of the session. Commonly felt benefits of a Kinesiology Balance include feeling more relaxed, being more alert, sharper vision, more energy, pain relief, feeling positive, inspired and motivated where previously there was no hope or little motivation.

Number of Sessions

Kinesiology programmes are tailored to help you meet your goals and objectives. The number of sessions needed depends on your motivation and the type of issue you are seeking help for. Often as little as 3 to 4 sessions can make a significant difference. More sessions may be required for long standing problems. Generally, it is advisable to have 3 sessions within a time-frame of 3 to 8 weeks. You will be advised at your initial consultation.
