Distant Sessions ~ Information and Bookings
Once you have booked your session, we will discuss by phone or email what issues you would like to address, what changes you would like to make in your life and any current health conditions or stress factors which are affecting you. A goal or focus for the session will be agreed on.
If symptoms are mainly physical, it may be appropriate for you to fill in a health questionnaire which can help to give an overview of your health as a whole. This is especially useful when working with mind-body issues as the distant work may give insight into how thoughts, feelings or experience are contributing to symptoms and problems in the physical body, as well as vice versa.
Distant kinesiology will be carried out using surrogacy on your behalf. The balancing treatments and energy healing are activated as soon as work is done (for more on this, see Einstein's 'Spooky Action at a Distance'). You may notice a shift in feelings or sensation as this takes place. Insights, ideas or inspiration can also seem to appear 'out of blue'. After the session has taken place, I will call you at a pre-arranged time to feedback and share findings. An additional balancing or shift can take place at this time, as people resonate with what has been picked up on. It can help to reinforce and integrate the original session.

A telephone session can quickly help to highlight which thoughts, behaviours, emotions or lifestyle habits are holding back your progress. Or clarify a perspective from which you are in a better position to choose the best way forward. As a more direct approach to distant healing and balancing, a simple phone call can give you direct access to holistic support wherever you are.
