Payments
Payments for all sessions and courses are accepted by cheque, cash or Paypal. If you would like to pay for sessions in advance by Paypal, please contact me for a payment link.
Concessions
A concessionary rate may be available for some clients. Please phone to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, a minimum of 36 hours notice is required, otherwise the following fees will apply:
More than 36 hours notice = No fee
Less than 36 hours = 50% fee
Less than 4 hours notice or missed appointment = 100% fee
Please note that only telephone calls are accepted as notice of cancellation if the appointment is less than 36 hours away, as I may not be able to pick up emails in time.
When you book an appointment, time is set aside especially for you. If, for any reason, you need to re-arrange your appointment, this is done for free as long as you give notice more than 36 hours in advance. If less than 36 hours notice is given, it blocks others from using the appointment slot, incurs costs and wastes valuable time. To reflect this you will be invoiced and expected to pay a cancellation fee within 7 days of the original appointment.
