Reiki Healing
Reiki is a natural healing therapy originating from Tibet. Through the gentle touch of hands on the body, it helps to clear, balance and restore the natural flow of energy, revitalizing the body's self-healing potential and bringing a deep sense of relaxation and well being.
The word Reiki translated means 'Universal Life Force'. It is the vital energy or 'chi' which flows through and nurtures all living things and which is channelled during a Reiki treatment.
Reiki
is a gentle and relaxing process which takes place fully clothed. Healing energy
flows to the areas in need, and this may be experienced as feelings of heat,
coolness or tingling to varying degrees.
Anyone can receive Reiki healing. It is not connected with any belief system.
